Romania and Lithuania knowingly hosted secret CIA jails, European court rules


By Andrius Sytas VILNIUS (Reuters) – Lithuania and Romania hosted secret CIA prisons a decade in the past and their government have been conscious that detainees have been held there illegally, the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) dominated on Thursday. The ECHR dominated 4 years in the past that the CIA ran a secret prison in Poland. It has since been maintaining hearings about an identical websites in Romania and Lithuania, neither of which has publicly said letting the U.S. company dangle prisoners on its soil.
